OATMEAL CRANBERRY FLAX SEED COOKIES

1/2 cup canola oil1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar1 omega- 3 egg1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup flaxseeds ground1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup dried cranberries1 cup rolled oatsNUTRITIONAL INFORMATIONPer Cookie. 86 calories, 1 g. protein,4 g. fat, 10 g carb. 1 g fibre, 0.5 g omega 3.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
1 In bowl mix oil and sugars together. Add egg and vanilla mixing well.
2 Add flour, flaxseed and baking soda, mix until combined. Stir in cranberies and oats.
3 Drop generous tablespoons of dough onto
parchment lined cookie sheet, 2" apart and bake for 12-15 minutes..
Cool on pan for one minute then place on rack.
Apple sauce can be used in place of oil, if desired. Splenda can be used in place of teh sugar. Can add coconut, chopped nuts, or raisins as substitute for cranberries.
