Ingredients
1 package of ground turkey ( about 1 lb.)3 -15 oz. cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)1 -15 oz. can tomato sauce1 - 15 oz can diced tomatoes1 medium onion1/2 cup salsa (or to taste)2 tsp ground cumin (or to taste)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown one package of turkey burger in a large pot on medium high. Drain fat/grease if necessary. Lower heat to medium, add chopped onions, and brown until softened (about 2-3 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low.

Optional: top with fat-free sour cream, cilantro, onions, and/or cheese.

    This chilli is very simple to make. I used tomato juice instead of the sauce for a thinner chilli. Can be made in slow cooker, too! Thanks for sharing recipe, - 2/1/11
