Mini Pizza

BiscuitsMixed VeggiesOlive OilHerbsCheesePizza Sauce
Directions
Push biscuits into muffin tins. You can cut them in half and use half for each muffin cup. Bake following package directions. Saute veggies in olive oil, add basil, oregano, parsley or any other herbs desired. Once biscuits are cooked take out of oven add a dab of pizza sauce, top with veggies and a little cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese. Two mini pizzas for each person! Yum.
