1 cup (I/2 bag) Success Whole Grain Brown Rice 1 cup Schwan's California Blend Vegetables3 oz skinless/boneless chicken breast
Directions
Grill the chicken breast to personal taste
Make the rice and vegetables as directed on packages
Take 1 cup of rice and top with the chicken and 1 cup of vegetables.

The meal is not a lot of calories, easy to make, and very filling.
