Ingredients
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill TVP, 0.75 cup Tomato Sauce, 2 15 oz cansCanned Tomatoes, 2 15 oz cans Black Olives, 1 cup sliced
Directions
saute onions and garlic in olive oil. add tvp, stir, add tomato sauce and canned tomatoes. add 1 tsp italian seasoning. add black olives. serve over pasta. I figure 3/4 c. sauce over 1 cup cooked pasta. there are approx. 14 servings of 3/4 c. of sauce.
