Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
4 eggs1 cup Bobs Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry FlourChicken Stock - abt 2 quartsmeat from 2 chicken thighs4 cups mashed potatoes
Directions
Using flour and eggs, make homemade pasta. Make chicken stock with the thighs and when done, add pasta. Cook until done, adding the chicken back in near end. Serve noodles and chicken and broth over the mashed potatoes.
