Homemade Yogurt

Ingredients
1 gal Fat Free Milk5 cups Fat Free, Powdered Milk1 cup granualted sugar2 Tbs Vinilla extractserving size is 1/3 cup
Directions
Heat milk to 180 deg and allow to cool to 125 degrees then add powdered milk, sugar, and vanilla. Add yogurt only if the milk is between 110 and 115 degrees. Place milk and yogurt mixture in oven for 4 hours. (Keep the oven warm on lowest setting. Most ovens are too hot even on warm so you may need to turn the oven off and on periodically in order to maintain the correct temperture. Yogurt will thicken in the refregerator after a few hour.
