* College Inn Culinary Broth - White Wine & Herb, 2 cup * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 0.5 cup * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 28 ounces * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1.5 tsp * Marjoram, dried, 0.5 tsp * Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp * Chili powder, 0.25 tsp * Basil, 0.5 tbsp * Garlic, 3 cloves

    Way too much fluid. I hated the taste of the chicken which I found bland and doughy but my husband liked it except for all the fluid too. And I didn't put in as much as was called for. - 3/19/17

    This is delicious! I had to make a couple of changes ...
    I didn't have broth, so added 2 cups of hunt's tomato sauce and 1 cup of water (rather than broth, water and not so much tom. sauce). I added all the spices and I also added 1 Tbsp of Thai spices that I have on hand. This is a keeper! - 3/29/10
