Tasty Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
1 large cauliflower, 2 large carrots, 1 medium onion, 2 vegetable stock cubes, salt, pepper, tspn of chilli, 1/2 cup of semi-skimmed milk, 1 medium potato
Directions
Makes 4 large portions. Chop up Cauliflower and put in large soup pot, fill up with 2 pints of boiling water. Add in Carrots, onion, potato & stock cubes and bring to boil. Boil away until vegetables are all soft and can be mashed. Add in salt, pepper, chilli powder and milk, mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat then blend all ingredients to make smooth consistency. Add water if too thick.
