banana bread sugar free/low fat

Ingredients
2 c flour self rising1/4 cup lite margarine3/4 c splenda or stivea(tastes better)1/2 c egg beaters2 1/2 c mashed bananas1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with non stick spray. Add ingredients as listed. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
