Stovetop Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats5 cups nonfat milk1 tsp vanilla1 dash nutmeg1 dash salt
Directions
Mix ingredients together in saucepan and cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil over. Add sugar or artificial sweetener before eating, according to individual taste.
