Ingredients
500 gm fish (tuna)12 cups water3 tblsp salt1 onion meduim
Directions
cook the water with salt untils it boils. wait a few minutes then add fish, and onions cut into peices. leave to boil until the fish changes its colour and it becomes hard. then cook for a about 3 to 5 minutes and it .

serve with onions not cooked, maldivian chillie and lime. also with coconut.
