* Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.25 cup (remove) * *Egg white, 2 serving (remove) * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup (remove) * Honey, 0.25 cup (remove) * *Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 2.5 cup (remove) * Walnuts, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Raisins, 0.75 cup, packed (remove) * Wheat bran, crude, 0.25 cup (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Spread this mixture into a lightly greased 15 1/2-by-10 1/2-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. While still warm, cut into 3-by-1 1/2-inch bars. For very crisp bars, remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely.
