Chicken Vegetable Cheese Soup

Ingredients
2 cups roasted chicken, chopped1 cup chopped carrot2 cups chicken broth2 tbs fat free cream cheese1/4 cup low fat velveeta1/4 cup low fat cheddar2 ounces asiago cheese, shredded1 cup non fat milk1 cup whole wheat orzo1 onion, chopped2 tbs olive oil
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Add 1 tbs flour and cook a minute. Add milk and thicken. Add cheeses and melt

chop chicken, potato, and carrots. Put all into a large sauce pan, with cheese sauce and chicken broth and simmer until potatoes and carrots are done.

May use left over baked potatoes and frozen carrots to speed cooking time.
