Smokey 3 Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 med onion, diced1 med bell pepper, diced2 cans roasted diced tomatoes w/ green chilis1 can black beans, drained1 can red beans, drained1 can pinto beans, drained1 tbsp cumin seeds1 tsp garlic powder1 chipolte pepper, crushed
Directions
For Stovetop:
Sautee onion & bell pepper in soup pot until softened. Add tomatoes and heat until bubbling. Add beans and seasoning and bring to a simmer for at least 20 min.

For Crockpot:
Layer vegetables, beans, spices, then tomatoes in crockpot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
