Crustless Egg Quiche

8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled1 c. shredded cheese3 eggs1/4 c. melted butterdash pepper1 1/2 c. milk1/2 c. heart healthy bisquick
Hand mix all ingredients except bacon and cheese. Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Use a fork to gently push the cheese and bacon just below the egg surface.
You can easily cut calories in this recipe and it still tastes delicious! (nonfat milk, low fat cheese, turkey bacon, etc.)
Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
