One Jar Salsa2 whole Chicken Breast (boneless and skinless) 2 tsp. Canola oil
Heat oil in skillet and add chicken. Turn to brown the outside. Add salsa and cover. Cook on medium to low heat until chicken is cooked, about 15 minutes.
