Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps

1 1/4 lbs Ground turkey, 93% lean 3 T Rice Vinegar 1 1/5 T Lite Soy Sauce 1 1/5 t. Sesame Oil1/4 c. Sliced Almonds1/2 cub each Green Cabbage, Purple cabbage, and carrots shredded 1 head Boston Butter Lettuce Other shreded veggies as desired
Brown ground turkey w/o oil if possible. Drain if necessary. Add vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil and salt and pepper as desired. On a platter, arrange a mound of meat mixture and separate mounds of shredded veggie’s and almonds and a stack of washed and dried lettuce leaves (we prefer Boston butter lettuce). To serve, place some of the meat mixture on a lettuce leaf, top with veggies and almonds and roll up. If you like, dip in peanut or soy type sauce but be prepared for extra calories and fat. You can vary the type of veggies as well.
