Turkey Goulash

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of ground turkey4 cups egg noodles1 cup catsup (more to taste)1/2 cup mustard (more to taste)4 Tbsp. bacon bits (to taste)6 oz. Cheddar Cheese (I used extra sharp)
Directions
Cook noodles to desired tenderness.
Brown ground turkey with bacon bits.
Drain noodles.
Mix cooked meat with bacon bits with noodles, add catsup and mustard and mix throughly.
Makes 6 servings. Add cheese to individual portions.
