Fast & Healthy Chicken Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast (1 split breast)2 tbsp canola oil1 pinch salt1 package Trader Joe's fresh stir-fry vegetables4 tbsp Trader Joe's Island Soyaki sauce
Directions
Cut up and sautee chicken in 2 tbsp canola oil for 2-3 minutes at medium high, with a dash of salt over the chicken. Cook just until outer surface of chicken is opaque. Add entire package of stir-fry vegetables and sautee another 2-3 minutes. Add 4 tbsp soyaki sauce and sautee for 2 more minutes, stirring to coat all the veggies with sauce. Turn heat down to medium and cook 2 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Makes approximately 7 1-cup servings.
