Crockpot Pomegranate Chicken

Ingredients
1 C. Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice2 C. chopped Onions5 clove Garlic, minced2 tbsp Maple Syrup1 14.5 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes1 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 cup packed Raisins0..25 C. balsamic vinegar2 tsp Rosemary, dried or 1 sprig fresh2 tsp Marjoram, dried 1 tbsp Basil, dried2 bay leaves2 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Heat 2 t. olive oil in a heavy skillet. When oil is hot, add onion and garlic.
Add chicken to the crock pot and stir.
In a medium bowl combine all other ingredients. Pour over chicken and stir. Cover and cook High 4 hours, or Low 6-8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
