Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 cup Low Fat or Fat Free Cream Cheese2 tbsp Mayo1/4 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes1 tbsp Parsley1 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper1 cup Grated Parmesan1/2 cup Real Parmesan1 can Crab Meat1 can Artichokes2 cloves of Garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Then put in a small loaf pan and bake in oven on 400 degrees until the top is brown. It usually takes 30-35 minutes
