Turkey Burger Dinner

Ingredients
1.25 lbs. ground turkey (7%)4 cups cooked long grain (jasmine) rice1 large can sweet cornTeriyaki sauce
Directions
Form turkey burger in to 4 patties, season with salt & pepper, if desire. Place in preheated, non-stick pan and cook on medium, flipping once, until no longer pink inside (approximately 5 minutes per side). When almost cooked through, place 1 tbls. teriyaki sauce on top of each patty. Turn over, and place another tablespoon on tope of each patty. Turn over again to heat sauce. Serve over rice with corn (or desired vegetable) on the side. 4 servings.
