Fiery Hummus

Ingredients
1 c chickpeas2 cloves fresh garlic2 tbsp canola oil1 tsp black pepper1 roasted red pepper (from jar)
Directions
Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas. Peel two cloves of garlic. Put all ingredients in food processor or blender except oil. Blend ingredients in while streaming in 2 tbsp of canola oil. That's all it takes to make a delicious and hearty hummus. I store in a ball jar in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
