Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken, bone and skin removed Light Beer, 3 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Curry powder, 2 tbspGarlic powder, 2 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 2 tsp Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp
Pour the two cans of beer in a pan, if you like, sprinkle some seaoning in the beer, then place chicken on top. Pour the other beer on top, and season with all that is listed. Cook at 375 for about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending how big the chicken is.
