I didn't have any picante sauce , so i substituted mild salsa instead this was very good and not too over the top as far as heat and spice since my 5 yo granddaughter was also eating this meal and she doesnt do hot and spicy to well. - 6/23/10

Looking at the full nutritional breakdown, the calories and protein for the turkey is w-a-a-a-a-y off! It's still a low calorie meal but the nutrition info is incorrect. I've added a copy of this recipe with corrected nutrition info (159.7 Cal, 25.0 g protein). Hope it helps. - 5/17/15

This was very tasty. Even my picky 15 year old liked it! I couldn't find cutlets, so the butcher suggested turkey tenderloins, which I split in 2, then pounded flat. It was yummy! - 10/4/10
