Cauliflower with Tangy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1 Medium cauliflower head1/2 cup mayo light1/4 Tsp dried minced onion3 Tbsp mustard1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Remove leaves and wash cauliflower. Place it in a mivrowave safe plate and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until tender. Remove plastic wrap. Combine mayo, mustard, onion in small bowl. Spread over top and sides of cooked cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on high uncovered for 1 minute to melt cheese. 4 servings
