Swirled Pumpkin and Carrot Bars

Ingredients
Bars:2c. whole wheat flour2 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/3 c. sugar1/3c. applesauce1/4c. brown sugar6 egg whites15 oz. canned pumpkin1c. shredded carrotFrosting4 oz. fat-free cream cheese1/8c. sugar1 Tbsp. milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Crease a 9x13 baking dish.
Combine dry incredients.
Cream together applesauce and sugars. Add eggs, pumpkin, and carrot. Beat until blended.
Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Spread into pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk. Drop frosting in teaspoon-fulls onto batter. Swirl with knife.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
