Turkey and Bean Burrito Filling

10 oz lean turkey burger ground 1 red pepper- choppedhalf a green pepper chopped (onion would be a great addition but I was out)2 cups shredded zucchini (water pressed out)one packet taco seasoning (or your own mix)2 cans fat free refried beans
Cook veggies and ground turkey until turkey is cooked through and veggies are soft. Add beans and mix well. Add seasoning and heat through.
Makes 15 half cup servings.
No one will ever know there's zucchini in this unless you tell them- honest!!!
