Apple Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats1/2 tsp salt1 stick Blue Bonnet Light, melted3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1 large apple, chopped1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients and pat half into an 8x8-inch pan. Mix apples and sugar then top the crust in the pan with entire mixture. Crumble remaining oat mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Makes 9 bars.
