Pork Chops, Tomatoes and Rice

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops1/2 onion sliced2 cups cooked brown or wild rice1 can diced tomatoes1/4 cup chicken brothsalt and pepper to tastegarlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread cooked rice in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish. Spread onion slices on top of the rice. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder. Place pork chops in one layer on top of onions. Pour can of diced tomatoes on top of the pork chops and spread evenly. Pour the chicken broth around the edges. Bake until pork chops are done. Approximately 40 minutes. Serves 4. Each serving will consist of one pork chop and approximately 1/2 cup rice.
