Easy meatballs / hamburgers

250g ground beef (mince) extra leanA quater of a raw onion or 1/4 cup spring onions 1/2 cup breadcrumbsSquirt of tomato sauce3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Makes about 6 patties, enough for two servings
1. Cook the onion using non stick spray on a frypan until it is browned.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the onion. Add onion when it is cooled.
3. Make 6 hamburger sized meatballs out of the mix.
4. Cook the meatballs in the same frypan that the onion came from for about 20 mins.
Serve with lots of steamed veges and fresh coleslaw.
