    Was looking for a lunch alternative, and WOW! I've never had canned chicken before, but I figured since I had a can, may as well mix it up here, and had a DELICIOUS chicken salad sandwich! Put a little bit of yellow mustard in as well, and put minced yellow onions in instead of green onions - 1/14/11
