Veggie Fried Rice

Ingredients
* Frozen mixed veggies- 2 cups (cooked)* Uncle Bens Brown Rice- 1.5 cups (cooked)* Fresh Mushrooms - 1 cup* Raw onion- .5 cup* 2 large eggs- scrambled* Canola- 2 tbsp* Worchshire Sauce- optional** as far as the rice the 1.5 cups is for the uncooked rice it will be much more cooked of course** the worchshire sauce is not included on the nutritional facts
Directions
1. Chop the onion & mushrooms
2. Cook rice as instruction on the back of the box
3. Boil & drain veggies
4. Scramble 2 eggs
5. Mix onion, muchrooms, rice, veggies & eggs in a large bowl. Feel free to add a little worchshire sauce and oinion powder for flavor.
6. Heat a large frying pan with 2 tbsp of canola oil
7. Add rice mixture to the pan and cook to your liking

Makes about 8 1 cup servings
