Greek Spinach Quiche

Pastry dough for 9 inch pie crust10oz. package of frozen spinach1 cup 2% milk1 cup crumbled feta3 eggs beaten1/4 cup butter melted2 Tbsp romano cheese2 Tbsp all purpose flour1/2 tsp white pepper1/4 tsp salt1 dash nutmeng
Line a 9 inch pie dish with pastry; trim excess pastry around the edges. Prick bottom and sides of the pastry with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 min. ,remove form oven and prick with fork. Bake for 5 more min.
Cook Spinach. Drain any excess water
Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. or until center is set. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
