Spicy Asian Chicken

8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp hoisin sauce1 tbsp teriyaki sauce (low cal)1 tbsp Rooster Chili sauce1 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp flour2 cloves garlic1 cup water1 cup chopped white onion.5 cup frozen peas
Cut up chicken into bite-size pieces and begin to brown in a non-stick pan with Pam. After two minutes or so, add onion with more Pam, stir. After two minutes add chopped garlic with Pam, stir. Turn heat down to low, add all liquid ingredients except water. Combine water and flour in a cup, whisk. Slowly add to pan and stir to avoid lumps. Add brown sugar and frozen peas. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve once it is thickened.
