3 cups elbow noodle2 cup ketchup1 tablespoon garlic powder or Garlic Garlic1/2 tablespoon shallots1 block extra firm tofu1 can diced tomato
Directions
fry tofu in 1 tablespoon olive oil

cook noodle according to package

mix together all ingredients and cook for 20 min on med heat
