Ingredients
1 lbs Turkey, ground turkey, 93% lean1 cups quick oats 3 Egg whites1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp fine chopped onion4 tbsp Honey barbecue sauce or original1/2 tbsp Parsley, driedCooking Spray
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. make mixture into bite size balls (about the size of a golf ball), I like to flatten them a little into patties (not completely flat). Spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until cooked through. You can also cook them stovetop. Spray skillet and cook until browned, they brown quickly, use a low flame and keep an eye on them. If needed drain any excess greese with paper towels. Use different types of mustards as a dipping sauce. Can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Goes great with Brown rice and steamed veggies. Makes about 21 meatballs. 3 meatballs per serving.

It tasted good, but the meat fell apart in the pan (used stovetop method.) I think I may have chosen too lean of a turkey. - 9/1/10

This was very good. We tried them with mustard and cranberry sauce. Then we got out the honey mustard-that is the ticket. We liked that taste together the best. It will be nice to have a fast lunch already tomorrow also. - 3/20/09

These were great! My husband has to do gluten free so we just replaced the oats with GF bread crumbs--they turned out great! - 1/30/09
