Creamy Chicken with bacon

Ingredients
2 cups penne pasta1 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces2 tbls spoon oscar mayer bacon crumbles1 can diced tomatoes with garlic basil and oregano (14.5 oz) 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese1/2 cup waterpepper4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package
Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat unitl chicken is done. Add bacon, tomatoes, cream cheese, water and pepper and mix well. Cook until cream cheese is melted and everything is blended.
Drain pasta and place in a serving bowl. Add the sauce and mix together. Top each serving with parmesan cheese
