Cottage Cheese Salad Wrap

Ingredients
1 Ole Whole Wheat Tortilla 8" in diameter2 TBSP of 1% Cottage Cheese1/2 Cup shredded lettuce4 slices cucumber1 Large slice sweet onion
Directions
Put the tortilla into the microwave for 20 seconds

Spread the 2 tablespoons of 1% Milk Fat Cottage Cheese in a line in the center of the tortilla. Put the cucumber slices on top, then the shredded lettuce and onion. Salt and pepper to taste and wrap the tortilla. Enjoy :)
