Ingredients
3 Small Salmon Fillets3 tbsp Low Fat Mayo1 slice Reduce Fat Swiss Cheese grated2 cloves Garlic1/8 tsp Dill weed1/4 tsp Thyme3/4 tsp Bread Crumbs1 tbsp Olive Oilsalt + pepper to tastefresh lemon juice
Directions
3 Servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix mayo, cheese, garlic, dill and thyme. Smooth bottom of baking dish with oil. Place salmon in dish and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the mix evenly on salmon. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes. Serve with side dish of your choice.
