Ingredients
1 medium apple, sliced, unpeeled (you can peel it if you prefer a less grainy texture....personally, I like it with the peel because it adds substance, which helps fill me up)1/3 cup skim milk1 Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (4 oz.), any flavor (I like blueberry the best)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 1- 28 oz. serving.
