Healthy Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter1/4 olive oil1 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla3 Tb flaxseeds, grounded3 Tb sesame seeds, grounded1/2 cup quinoa flour2 1/2 cups oats3/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup unsweetened coconut1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1/2 cup walnuts, chopped fine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter. Cream together melted butter, brown sugar, and eggs. Add olive oil and vanilla.
Ground flaxseed and sesame seeds in a coffee grinder or blender. Add to dry ingredient bowl.
In another bowl add all dry ingredients.
Mix both ingredient bowls together.
Place on a cookie sheet and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven temperature.
