Veggie and Cream Cheese Omlet

Ingredients
1 cup sliced veggies & herbs2 eggs2 tbsp water1/4 tsp each salt and pepper1 tbsp lowfat cream cheese
Directions
Lightly coat non-stick saute pan w/ cooking spray.
Add veggies and herbs saute' for 4 min. or until soft. Drain excess water; set aside. Whisk eggs water, salt and pepper in a bowl.Return pan with veggies to the stove top; pour in egg mixture. Cook for about three min. or until omlet is set.
Top omlet with cream cheese and fold in half. Garnish with fresh herbs
