Ingredients
2 eggs1 apple115g medium maize meal40g gram flour3tsp baking powder60g dessicated coconut1tbsp olive oil1/2 cup warm water
Directions
Mix dried ingredients together
Add eggs
Grate the apple
Add water
Mix well
Bake in 200C for 20-30 minutes

Goes well with carrot soup.
