Shelli's Chicken Vegatable Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 40 ouncesROTEL Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1.25 cupsROTEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 2.5 cupsSwanson Chicken Broth 100% Fat Fee No MSG 33% Less Sodium, 4 cupsZucchini, 2.5 cups, slicedSummer squash, 2 cup slicesGreen Beans (snap), 3 cupsOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedCelery, cooked, 2 stalksWater, tap, 2 cups
Directions
Rinse chicken breast and place at bottom of slow cooker. Chop all veggies and add to slow cooker. Add Chicken broth, water and ROTEL then cover and cook all day. I usually do about 5 hours unless chicken breast are frozen then I do about 8 hours.
Makes 12 serverings. 1 serving = 2 cups
