Guacomoli Grape Salad

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados3 ripe roma tomatoes, small chunks1 Lb red grapes3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped1 tablespoon of fresh lime or lemon juice1 teaspoon saltA dash of black pepper powder1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder1 red radish, grated (for garnishing)1 tablespoon cottage cheese, grated (for garnishing)
Directions
Cut avocados in half, remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, mash in a Salad bowl.
Add the cilantro, lime or lemon, salt, pepper and red chilly powder, mash some more.
Add tomatoes and grapes and mix gently.
Garnish with cottage cheese and red radish.

Hint: (You may alternately try finely grated carrots for garnishing)

    I like fresh fruit, but I also prefer savory salads. So this combination of fruit and savory seasonings worked for me. I substituted diced kiwi fruit for the tomatoes and sunflower seeds for the garnish. - 9/17/13
