Crock Pot Pork Chops and Red Potatoes

4 lean pork chops2 Tbsp. Olive Oil6 cloves garlic, pressed or minced1/2 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. black pepper1.5 Tbsp. Curry Powder (red or yellow)4-5 red potatoes (not the minis), in 1 inch chunks3 cups water1 large onion, chopped
Sear chops in frying pan in olive oil to seal flavor. Put water, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, and curry powder into the crock pot. Then add chops. Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 on high. About 90 minutes before serving, add potatoes and onions.

Oops. Sorry. I put it on High and btw, if you don't like the spice level to burn your lungs out (like I do) you'll want to lower the curry powder by about half.
