Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped ( red or white)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Chunky Salsa, Hot, 32 tbsp Green Chili Peppers, canned or fresh , 0.25 cup 1 large bag of Tortilla chips low fatRefried Beans, 2 cup
Directions
Place the 2 cups of refried beans in large microwave bowl and cook on high for 2 minuets covered. While this is heating up chop onions (red or white or even yellow) 1/2 onion should be about .5 cup,

Take refried beans out of microwave and pour salsa on top of beans. Then add shredded Cheddar Cheese and then
Green Chili Peppers.
In separate bowl place the Tortilla Chips.

Serve and enjoy
