Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 can chicken gumbo soup1 t salt1/2 t pepper1 t yellow mustard2 T low sodium catsup8 Kraft free american cheese slices8 roman meal whole grain burger buns1 t onion powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain any grease. Add chicken gumbo soup, catsup and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. Place buns on cookie sheet, fill with equal portions of meat mixture, cover with cheese slice and bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
